Call for candidate applications and applications for appointment

We are currently accepting applications for candidates to be elected in the following positions:

Region 1 Representative: To be elected to this position, you must be a resident of one of the following counties: Cheyenne, Decatur, Ellis, Graham, Ness, Norton, Osborne, Phillips, Rawlins, Rooks, Rush, Russell, Sheridan, Sherman, Smith, Thomas, Trego, Wallace and Wells

Region 2 Representative: To be elected to this position, you must be a resident of one of the following counties: Clay, Cloud, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Geary, Jewell, Lincoln, Marshall, Mitchell, Ottawa, Patowatomie, Republic, Riley, Saline and Washington

Urban CROs Representative: To be elected to this position, you must currently be a member of one of the following CROs: Caring Place, Project Independence, S.I.D.E., Sunshine Connection, Journey to Recovery, Recovery and Hope Network (RAHN), Caring Place, CROs Nest, and Morning Star

Dual Diagnosis Representative: To be elected to this position you must have a dual diagnosis (substance use and mental health).

We also have the following positions currently available for appointment:

Region 4 Represtenative: You must live within one of the following counties: Clark, Comanche, Edwards, Finney, Ford, Grant, Gray, Greeley, Hamilton, Haskell, Hodgeman, Kearny, Kiowa, Lane, Meade, Morton, Scott, Seward, Stanton, Stevens and Wichita

Peers as Providers Representative: You must be a Certified Peer Specialist in the State of Kansas

Emerging Leader of Tomorrow Representative: You must be between the ages of 18-25

Native Communities Representative: You must currently reside within a Native Community in the State of Kansas

Current positions open for appointment include:

Region 4 Representative
Must currently live in Region 4 to apply for this position. Counties represented include Clark, Comanche, Edwards, Finney, Ford, Grant, Gray, Greeley, Hamilton, Haskell, Hodgeman, Kearny, Kiowa, Lane, Meade, Morton, Scott, Seward, Stanton, Stevens and Wichita.

Urban CROs Representative

Must have co-occurring mental health and substance abuse diagnosis.
