Hi. My name is Mike Freed. I'm the new webmaster for the CAC website. As you can see it's undergone a complete redesign. I hope you like it. If not be constructive and tell me how we can make it better, and I'll see what we can do. Also tell me what you like, encouragement goes a long way.

Anyway - A little more about me. I have a BiPolar condition. For most of my life I was able to manage it fairly well, but about 8 years ago it along with panic attacks got the better of me, and I had a really rough 6 year stretch. THe last two years thanks to the help of a lot of wonderful people and a new combination of meds I've cosistently been getting better.

I enjoy designing websites, computers, and meeting new people. I keep busy at my church and at Breakthrough Club. Well I look forward to seeing you all around the forum and hopefull I'll get the hance to meet some of you in person.

Welcome to the Kansas CAC Forum! Thanks for introducing yourself and sharing your wonderful poetry. I'll look forward to your book. Be sure and let us know when it's available. Tell all your friend about the forum. I think it will be a wonderful place for sharing, once we get a few more people brave enough to post. Thanks again for sharing!
